Get Municipality and Police approval.
Lay the new cables, with its required excavation as per ADDC standard.
Arrange shutdown with ADDC disconnect old cables and to connect the new Cables.
Return back recovered materials if any to ADDC store.

Saw cut each concrete pedestal along the baseline by a hydraulic disc.
After removal of the concrete pedestal, enough amount of non-shrink mortar shall
be applied to the top surface of the parapets. Trowel to a nice smooth surface with similar chamfer ( bevel ) as the
existing one.
